A great experience from start to finish! The lady at reception was really friendly and lovely to chat to before my appointment. James did my eye test and was great at explaining everything as he went and talking through the results too. All the equipment was clean and the examination rooms pleasant. Highly recommend!

Supported my 83 year old uncle to a number of appointments at Urquharts Prestwick to test and deal with his failing vision due to macular degeneration. I can't praise them highly enough for the care, attention, professionalism and kindness they showed during this difficult time. No stone was left unturned as they did everything they could to help him cope with rapid and severe loss of his sight. Great customer care which is very rare these days. Thank you to Lynn and Nina for making such a difference.

Excellent experience from start to finish ,even though i was only in for the free eye test and prescription glasses ,there was no judgement,everything was explained as the test was done ,it did not feel rushed or production line like other opticians in the past ,i left with my new prescription and clean bill of health ,they are my new opticians and my partner will be moving to them aswell
