First Class experience at Urquhart Opticians in Kilwinning.The service was excellent from the minute I walked through the door.A very thorough eye exam with everything explained throughout the process.The store has an impressive range of frames and Emma was on hand to provide some good advice on frame choice and what would suit different shapes etc...My glasses arrived really quickly and each box contained credit card sized details of my prescription which is something I have never been offered at any previous opticians but very useful to have.A lovely personal touch that was also included was a handwritten note from the staff.I would definitely recommend any Urqhart branch for that very personal and tailored experience; definitely worth it.

The Kilwinning shop is calm and quiet, I was taken through for my appointment which ran smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Urquhart Opticians. Great service.

Recently had an eye test.Service was outstanding from start to finish. All workers encountered were very professional and test itself was excellent.Just waiting to come back in to purchase a new pair of glasses.Would highly recommend

I Recently had an eye test at Urquhart?s in Kilwinning and can honestly say it?s the best eye test I?ve ever had. Having previously been to specsavers, vision express and boots this was way above in comparison. I really suffer with anxiety and I felt so at ease, didn?t feel like I was on a conveyor belt and it was just so relaxing and calm.Neil explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and was very patient, I have already recommended to my friends and family to choose Urquhart?s - excellent service!

I went in for my 2 year check up. Very friendly receptionist, that's a great start in my book. I saw Alistair Duff he was very professional, put me at ease very quicky, also explained everything as he went along. I would highly recommend them.

What a fab experience from start to finish I received from Urqharts Optician?s.The ease of booking a date and time that was suitable to me and I could book this at 2am if I so wanted. Made it much easier with my shifts to chose an apt. I then received a text and email confirmation of my appointment.The day prior to my appointment I received a telephone call which I was unable to take so a voicemail and text message reminding me of my appointment was left. Which I appreciated.On the day of my appointment I revive a warm welcome and everything was explained by Neil in terms I understood and he was patient while doing the tests. Once I found out my prescription had changed he emailed this to me and reassured me this was normal.I then spoke with Scott over my options for new glasses and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also gave me a full breakdown of the costingI revived a text message letting me know my glasses were ready to be collected after only a few days.Extremely happy with Urqharts and the service I received. I would also 100% recommend them for anyone looking.

Neil Gray is an amazing optometrist. He has got my daughter?s prescription perfect with contacts so she can start secondary school very confident. He has looked after myself and all my family with excellent care. I would recommend his services to anyone in the Ayrshire postcode.
