I hate doing this. Overall most of the staff are brilliant but there's one particular younger lady, maybe manager or something, I don't know her, never had any interaction with her other than a few times in the shop but my God do I get the impression that she doesn't like me for some reason, at the stage now where I will turn around and go elsewhere if I see this lady at the till, makes me feel uncomfortable. I get that people have bad days at work, I worked in a high pressure job all my life in NHS, but never and I mean never would I let it affect how I dealt with people if I was having a bad day. I spend thousands of pounds a year with this company, do my big shop every month for delivery but this has put me off using this company from now on and going elsewhere. As I say, the majority of staff are brilliant but it only takes one I guess.

Staff are nice but range of products is limited. Always seems to be missing filtered milk.
