Vegetarian options: it's not that I don't like McDonald's it the fact the full community had been getting free McDonald's through me
Dietary restrictions: none
Parking: like I don't drive just everyone else and they still can't treat me nice still think that I'm here for the Ayrshire abuse disgusting
Kid-friendliness: couldn't tell u my kids are currently they certainly don't like any of my royalty
Wheelchair accessibility: I currently don't have any disabilities and I've been stuck to more wheelchair that anyone and genuinely can't get over the how this can happen

Not only was I asked to wait for 45 minutes but they also gave me the wrong order... Asked for a large double quarter pounder meal and a large mCchicken sandwich meal with 2 sets of sides but I received 2 cheese burgers and 4 nuggets. Meal came to £20 but I got a fiver worth of stuff. Best part about it is we can't even get a refund!

OK as far as macdonalds goes ordered food got what I ordered in a timely and pleasant manner
Parking: Has electricity charging points
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: It has no stairs or ramps as all. On flat level easy access for mobility and wheel chairs

Drive-thru always asks you to take a space to wait for your food then more often than not brings you the wrong order 20 minutes later. Then when you do get the right order it looks like it was slapped together by a toddler

What a joke.order was half missing and wrong,uber told me to phone mcdonalds after 2 hours trying it was answered by the most ignorant,unhelpful person ive spoken too who accused me of trying to scam them and hung up on me.i emailed customer service and they told me to send proof of purchase.i went into my acc and discovered they blocked my address so couldnt get my purchase history.im sure theres some criminal activity or a scam goin on there.so pay 33 pounds ,dont get what you paid for then get hung up on ,blocked and made to feel like its my fault.never ever again.

Used drive through but any time you are paying with cash you get lots of small change in your change as they never seem to have £1 coins only seem to have 10p/20ps which means if you use £10 note for something costing £3.25 approx then your change will be all in low value coins. Rather, annoying. Staff taking the order are fine, but sometimes the ones packing the order get it wrong, and you don't realise until you are home. Again, rather annoying.

Sick of getting orders constantly wrong. Don't usually write reviews anywhere but it's just ridiculous now. I don't blame the front line staff to be honest.
Like everywhere else they are expected to get double the orders over the line with half the staff they used to have pre covid and that's before even taking the likes of Just Eat into consideration.
It's a disgrace. There is no standards of customer service anymore, it's all profit driven greed.

Placed an order to sit in, it arrives in a takeway bag with contents emptied out in bag this is not a way to give customers their food.
I took the takeway bag back up to the people serving at the counter. The chap said sorry and he would get another order out to us.
It finally arrives and it wasn't that hot, hot food is supposed to be served hot!!!
I was disgusted with the service I received from McDonald's this evening, staff couldn't care less.
The staff are more concerned about JustEat customers than the people standing waiting to get served.
