Our family have ordered from China Palace for the last few years. We always order through Just Eat. Delivery is always quick and food is delicious.

Ordered salt & chilli chicken and chips last night and my partner ordered special fried riceI was vomiting , sweats and shakes at around midnight after eating. My partner was feeling it the next morning.Won?t be ordering again and potentially put off Chinese food

We were going to be passing by so we ordered a meal for collection, as we haven't been in a while. It is only takeaway only now as the seating has been taken away? We arrived at the time stated when phoned but it wasn't ready, so we had to wait another 10 mins but when we got to the car we realised the curry sauce was missing so we had to go back. When we finally got home, we enjoyed our meals, they were piping hot and great sized portions. The only criticism was the curry sauce tastied peppery? Which I found odd but everything else was great.

Have ordered from here before and they ensured my meal was gluten free (celiac). Phoned to order tonight and was told they are too busy to make anything gluten free. Disgraceful customer service. Will not be back.

Waited 1 & a half hours, called the resturant, waited another 20 mins for the most depressing chicken with ginger & spring onion. Flavourless & big chunks of raw carrot. Worst take away experience ever by far.

Being on holiday thought this was one of the best takeaway. Pancakes rolls was awesome. It was so nice had a takeaway the following night.

Excellent food! Absolutely fast delivery , the food was actually hot when it came , which is very rare for takeaway delivery. We ordered salt & pepper chicken wings and were awesome.

Ordered lastnight. Food didnt appear to be of same quality as usual. Gave benefit of the doubt and ordered again tonight. Ordered my usual - honey and chill shredded chicken with fried rice. Food was delivered over 90 minutes later and it was wrong. I received a black pepper type sauce. Called the shop and they said they would send out correct order and would be 25 mins. Eventually arrived after closer to an hour. It was still wrong, no sticky honey sauce, no chillies, just watery red sauce with carrot and onion. Called again and asked if they had a new chef or under new management - as that would have explained the change in quality/ wrong order etc. was told no. Explained that i had received wrong order again. Man became extremely rude, refused to deal with complaint and hung up. Called back and had same response. Called back a 3rd time and they now wont answer. Up until tonight, we were regular customers. We will go elsewhere from now on!

No stars chips were microwaved the bag ripped in half from grease chicken balls cooked about 10 times gravy tasted like sugar really sweet .delivery driver left gate open won't be ordering again .food actual smelled like it was left out all night .

Food is good but delivery times are wild even when food hub says an hour. If you call it's often 'on it's way' but no explanation.
