Worst customer service I?ve ever had. They went on to break my locking nut off my wheel and would replace it. Put the wheel back on with bolts.
Customer service girl on the fest was cheeky and a liar.

was happy with the initial repair after an accident, that was initiated by my insurance company. However car was returned with scratches on the bonnet. Made comment on the paperwork, phoned garage three times and emailed with photos and have been totally ignored. Not impressed with this company.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Don't use this garage, I rate it appalling. After my car was involved in an accident my insurance company sent my car to Bridgend to be repaired. It took them 9 weeks to complete the work, I had little or no information as to the progress of my car. They don't give updates, and never phone you, and when you phone them it is difficult to get any information from them. The receptionist (Carly) is rude and even hung up on me on one occasion, she clearly shouldn't be dealing with the public at all. The receptionist says she will phone you back, but doesn't. This garage is badly managed, and customer service is not their thing as they obviously don't care about their customers. I was given three false return dates for my car, on one occasion I was told I was definitely getting it back, then no it was still waiting for parts to finish it. When I finally got it back, it was dirty and wasn't even washed properly on the outside. The only good thing I can say is that the car delivery man was friendly and helpful. My advise is stay well clear of this garage.

My insurance company has sent my van to this company for repair. Over a month they have had it. Was nearly ready last week then Tey decided the wrong part had been sent out. After phoning again today they are waiting on parts not PART. Every time you call they will say garage foreman on his lunch or they can't find him theh will call you back but they don't. You have to constantly chase them up. I have now contacted my insurance and instructed them to remove my van from this outfit. They are the most unreliable garage I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Ask your insurance company if they use this garage and if they do. Tell them to put it elsewhere. Remember they have multiple accident repair centers they could use but they will always use the best deal/cheapest they can find and it shows with this company. Also take what the girls say to you with a pinch of salt.

this is terrible company my car got sent here after someone drove into it parked and been waiting over week for answers and had nothing my insurance company sent my car to them am not asking for it back to take it somewhere else

Shambolic. My son's car was taken to them after an RTC at the start of July. Now nearly at the end of October he still hasn't got it back. The excuse is always the same, parts are on back order! It was a brand new 22 plate vehicle and he only waited four months for it to be built in the first place. There are never any updates it is always down to him to chase them. He would have been quicker with a write off and getting a brand new car built.

Insurance accident repair. Long waiting time - nearly 3 months. No contact from company to provide update. Had to phone to confirm if they were doing work. Unhelpful and verging on deceitful telephone receptionist. No senior management to consult - always in meetings. Pick- up of car from house was 5 hours late. Advised repair time of 5 working days - now 10 working days and no sign of car. Repair to alloy wheel forgotten which extended time for return - poor workshop management responsible. No courtesy car available. Same receptionist full of excuses for delay in attempt to cover for poor performance of company. Avoid this company to avoid total frustration.
