The staff are really miserable and think they're doing a favour to help. Maybe they're in the wrong job!

It’s not to often that I leave a review, but the service provided by Boots pharmacy is exceptional. Many times I have collected my prescriptions here and I’ve never had to wait over a few minutes. For comparison I used to use Lloyds and sometimes waited in excess of 20 minutes. Clearly the staff at boots pharmacy work... read full comment
