I DETEST this store. Or rather, I detest the squirly, stupid, senseless, anarchic way of queueing in this shop. It makes no sense whatsoever. EVERY TIME I visit this shop when it is busy, I have no idea how the system of queueing works (or rather, doesn't). Here's what happened on more than one occasion: I stand at the end of the aisle where the paint is. Because there are so many displays around, nobody can see you in the queue. So, someone always walks in from the left hand side, and goes to a checkout in front of you. Today, I tried something different: I stood behind several people who were queueing along the facing the tills. Someone then walks up from the paint aisle, and again walks in front of me. B&M, WHAT THE FARK IS GOING ON!!!! Now, I am a very patient person, but the audacity of the people who shop in this store and don't even acknowledge that you are also standing in a queue is outrageous. Another time, I stood in the paint aisle, again, waiting to be served, and a man walks in from the left and goes in front of me. His wife signalled to him that I was also waiting to be served before him. Now get this - he blames me for the misunderstanding!! B&M, at least put up some kind of barrier system for crying out loud.

Could not get everything we needed but walked out with lots of stuff we wanted. Shopping took 10-15 mins but stood at the tills for a good 30 minutes. Checkout operator waited till the queue was 8 people deep all with trolleys before she put a shout out for another operator then another 10 minutes passed before she turned up then it was a free for all to get to the next checkout no organisation. People who had not even queued ended up first in the new checkout. Just a shop full of stuff you do not need. I will not be rushing back

I?ve never seen a B&M as big as this one before! Has everything you could possibly think of, even has two floors full of stock! Great experience in here, staff are friendly, great variety of stock, will definitely be back here to do more shopping.
