Arrived Sunday 3rd August for work Monday morning. Great evening staff and food was lovely. Decent room...only thing that let it down was breakfast....ordered the Light breakfast...egg, bacon, lorne, hash brown. This was included with my room rate which i am very fortunate for as work cover this. Fried egg was very snotty, bacon hash brown and lorne sausage looked and tasted warmed up from past couple days...wether I am wrong or right it didnt taste good at all...big let down for me..I would stay again because everything else was fine...Will find the nearest local bakery next time for breakfast ?

An old favourite of ours,food not as good as it used to be steak and sausage pie had 3 full sausages in it.Also we never got one free kids meal with 5 paying adults because we hadn?t been able to navigate faulty website.

We had a lunch and it was absolutely awful the curry was like something out a jar gritty and boiled rice. Sat for an hr and not once were we offered another drink or asked if our meal was ok wont be back.

Brunette waitress was arguing with my mother even though she was in the wrong and was shooting dirty looks. Didn?t manage to get her name as there was no name badge. Took place on Thursday 26th of June at 7:30pm.
Waitress attempted to give my mum the wrong food my mum responded by saying sorry that?s not what i ordered before being interrupted by the waitress who said it was what she ordered. It wasn?t it was another member of our parties meal. She never apologised or anything and continued to be clueless and ignorant.

Last minute booking, so arrived late. Reception staff were lovely. Rooms very clean, good facilities. Breakfast was gorgeous, and the lady who served us was great. ?

Reasonable nights sleep, good breakfast, excellent staff, tasty supper but quite salty.

Incredibly poorly ran dining establishment, despite being the largest outdoor group, with 4 adults, a baby and a dog, we were put at the smallest table, while there were larger options that only had 2 people, who weren?t even dining present,
we resorted to borrowing chairs off other people?s tables so we could try and eat,
service was deplorable at every level
no cutlery
no napkins
no condiments
no one took orders
we even had to ask for napkins after a server spilt a drink on two of the 4 adults as they didn?t think to offer this. similar to the above list, which only came after we kept asking and prompting politely.
In total from sitting down to being served it took 85 minutes, all the food was cold, mains came at different times,
there was no where to eat it, so we used chairs etc as mentioned earlier.
no one offered to help, no one offered water, most of the drinks orders either didn?t work via the app or took up to 25 minutes to arrive and involved trying to scream over a guitarist singing beside the tills to try and get service for drinks to go alongside the very late and cold food,
having eaten in 38 countries around the world this was by far one of the worst and most expensive experiences for such deplorable food and non existent service,
i really can?t comprehend how woeful the whole experience was with the only positive being the dog was given a bowl of rice and chicken to eat which he enjoyed and none of us got food poisoning
Regarding rooms, small, dark, limited, over priced with an average breakfast, clearly exploiting a lack of options for what is a lovely town with good people
would avoid if at all possible,

Small but functional room, amazingly friendly staff. But the best thing was the food - it was simply fantastic! Absolute recommendation!

Had a desert and drink nice place can feel a bit cramped as lots of plant decoration but you can sit outside or dine at restaurant cake was really nice and good cocktsils
