Wednesday Adams at the counter was very cheeky to me horrible store called 7 times and never answered so I had to come down very sick and met with a barrage of cheek and never had what I wanted in stock, horrible girl

Boots tending to look a little tatty and understaffed. Service not great. Spend some of that 1.1 billion its US owners allegedly saved in UK tax!

Used to think highly of Boots for many years until I had to use them for medicine. They have messed up my prescriptions on more than one occasion, I think I will be going to another pharmacy from now on.
