Greeted by a member of staff who had his finger up his nose so we decided not to eat here. Risked a cup of coffee to go and it was disgusting. Used the toilet before moving on and it was filthy. Maybe we were just unlucky, but this experience was very disappointing

This cafe is in a great location right at the end of the Crinan Canal. We arrived late morning on a sunny Wednesday and found ourselves the only customers. We ordered a tea, a coffee and a couple of cakes. The coffee and cakes arrived immediately but I had to wait at least five minutes for my pot of tea; five minutes later... read full comment

Friendly staff and tasty fresh sandwiches. Slightly disorganised, but a very welcome coffee stop on our canal-side walk.
