I like the branch however being open half days and no weekends is of no use to anyone with a full time job.

Walked into town on Saturday morning, only to find the branch closed. Checked online this morning to see if the branch was open and read that it was. I walked the 2 miles into town again, only to find the branch actually closed again. Staff are always friendly and efficient, but for goodness sake, keep your online info up to date.

They are never open properly.Closing at 2 pm.No weekends.Virgin money are open and staff lovely.

The staff at the ybs in king Street are so welcoming every time my and Brian go's in always have a laugh with the girls especially Mary x
