My mother was at the Kilmarnock store buying books partly with a gift card. The till didn't register the gift card or the half price offer of one of the books and the manager was having her lunch break. Staff asked if she could return after she had completed her shopping and they would sort it out. When she returned the books were ready for collecting and the discounts applied. Great customer service with a smile.

I'm old enough to remember when this used to be John Menzies. Popped in to use the Post Office back in the summer, staff were polite and professional.

There cards are brilliant I don't go anywhere else for them there staff can't do enough for you at this time with the coronavirus but the post office is a disappointment I posted a birthday card at the end of may to arrive before the 15th of June the person hasn't received it yet that's over a month maybe it will arrive for her next birthday

Good stationary shop, lots of pens, books and magazines and the one in Kilmarnock has the post office inside, very convenient.
