This review is based on an experience with TSB bank in Kilmarnock. I am writing this review to warn off any potential customers because ?the bank that likes to say yes? actually says no!A TSB customer had their ATM card cloned and the perpetrators withdrew £1000 illegally.The police were informed, they investigated and concluded(I won?t bore you with the details) that it was an illegal withdrawal especially as the customer could prove they were nowhere near the ATM at the time. Despite having this police report the branch at Kilmarnock would not reimburse the customer as the TSB bank did not believe them!?! This is a large sim of money to lose. So I urge any potential clients of TSB to think twice ?before saying yes? to this bank.

Whilst the staff were helpful and polite there is now only 2 banking posts of which only one was in operation. There was a woman queue busting but it meant that personal questions were asked in front of the whole queue and everyone now knew that I was drawing out a large sum of money. Not great for my own personal safety. There was also a woman in the queue who was asked twice to just use the cash machine. She was so uncomfortable to have to answer in front of everyone that she was drawing out her last £3 and couldn't use the machine as she dint have enough money. I really felt for her. No compassion. Also no privacy at all. I have banked here for decades and seen the the banking system within TSB go downhill.

Awful customer service and rude staff.Been at the branch today, some random staff member asked me about my private financial situation and tried to upsell business account. Also lady at the counter, very rude asked me questions which I haven't felt comfortable to answer. That was my worst bank experience ever. Someone needs to teach these people some manners and respect. They looked at me judge me how I was dressed and asked uncomfortable questions. Moreover it's very dirty place I've noticed some alive insect at the counter.Avoid this place if you can!

I was in today with my Dad, James Campbell who had lost his bank card. The cashier, Erin Blair, was very helpful and explained how we could get my Dad's internet banking up and running again as he had forgotten all his details. She ordered his new card and made what could have been a stressful event for him very simple with her cheery, knowledgeable manner.

Have to say in dealing with the tsb in Kilmarnock they could of cost us our business with the carry on after all the recent online updates
Certainly will be looking to take our business elsewhere
If we were to run our business in such a rude and unhelpful way we would be out business a long time ago
