Absolutely brilliant place, staff couldn't be more helpful. We have been planning our kitchen for what seems forever and the staff are so patient. Great selection of tiles too. Will be back for our wall tiles in the new year thanks so much, especially to the dark haired girl, made the experience so much easier, this is what great customer service looks like every visit was spot on.

Purchased flooring earlier in the week for my work and must say that the young lady, i think her name was Ainsleigh, was very helpful polite and knowledgeable in the products her colleagues Brian and Scott were very polite and helpful too so anyone looking for flooring or tiles in Kilmarnock pop in and see them they will make you feel welcome and are not pushy in the slightestWill definitely be back

So straight forward,Ive had trouble purchasing ultra color 113 grout online at double the price2kg@£10 .they stocked the grout I needed 5kg @ £12 ...the staff are SO HELPFUL.. thumbs up from me.I WILL BE USING tile giant again ?????????

I?ve dealt with a few team members in Kilmarnock and they?ve all been very accommodating from helping choose tiles, match batch numbers, lift tiles to and from my car, complete returns and offer advice. A great team and will definitely return and recommend to others.
