Food stinks always delivered in a state and never got a bottle of drink I paid for and no refund make my complaint to head office as I wasn?t refunded gets an email back we will give you 50 percent off your next 6 inch sub when you show the email but you will have to come all the way to the store and go through a circus for that and not refund for what I paid for and never got, had issues with them in the past and service was absolutely dire to say the least .

Just got a foot long steak and cheese. The guy gave the wrong bread. and when he rolled it up it completely fell apart. Got back to work and it was an absolute mess. soggy bread, I could even pick it up. Straight in the bin waste of money. Last time I treat myself to a birthday sub.

Visited today. 17th July and the person serving was horrendous. Just plain rude, got the order wrong and acted as if we were doing him a great disservice by having the audacity to even order food.
Go to the one at the bottom of Kings Street, much friendlier staff.

Bought a foot long ham with cheese and salad never got the lettuce it looked like it was on its last legs. The problem I have is the bread was solid on the inside (STALE) it would have knocked someone out

just went in to get some food and was greeted with the most amazing customer service the girl who served me recommended a sandwich i am yet to try and it was amazing i was served by an amazing women who brightened up my day i will definitely return again soon (also the food was so fresh and delicious even at 5pm)

As I sit here eating my hot nachos, sweating like an apple in a sauna, some of the best nachos I've ever had and service to be honest, the gentlemen and women were brilliant, great banter and happy smiles, thank you very much!

Went in with our order written down and they still managed to get two of the subs total wrong with wrong sauces, missing ingredients and wrong breads. Kept stopping to deal with JustEat orders and clearly could not then follow up from where they left off. Big queue before anyone else came to help out.
