Had a reply to my complaint that the eye test was not done properly. But apparently I was mistaken about everything?..not . I will not be returning to this place ever again as their service is poor and their attitude to a complaint frankly appalling. They should have offered to refund the cost of scan which was not done properly the first time and I don?t know about the second time as the results were not discussed. And to redo eye test in FULL as required to do initially under NHS guidelines and was not done initially. Just to be absolutely clear I misunderstood nothing.

Absolutely huge thanks to Killie specsavers team and especially Ben. After being called to northern ireland to work, I realised my glasses were in kilmarnock and unfortunately trapped by the recent fire. After telling staff i had a 15 minute window that I could be in kilmarnock, Ben cycled all the way to the station with my glasses so that I could make my connection back to work! Thanks again guys! Above and beyond service

Had broken both my reading and distance glasses( different times of the month). Decided to try specsavers glad I did. Booked online with short questionaire and all sorted. Made very welcome by the staff, waited a few minutes before being taken for the additional eye test £10.00 worth it. Followed by further tests. My last eye test took 25 mins. I was here for an hour. Had a second test on my right eye for the peripheral vision which to be honest I would rather have an extensive test than a shoot through as quick as you like.
Everything was explained to me from the outset which made me feel at ease. History of glaucoma in family, but they would refer to hospital as they cannot say to patient if they have/not glaucoma. Hospital referral for that.
Picked up my glasses 7 days later and honestly they are the best. They look good and I can see perfectly with both driving and reading glasses.
The lens are fitted well into the frames, where I felt the last pairs I had ( from a different retailer) were bulky and loose. Especially when I tried to clean them, lens fell out.
Overall 10/10 for the staff in Kilmarnock, can't praise them enough. Thank you all for making my experience so easy....
