This is normally a nice friendly shop. However the two older woman that were on this morning should go on a customer service course. Its not about what was said, but about the tone it was said in. This reveiw does not reflect on the boys, manager or younger members of staff. For them i would give 5 stars. These two woman obviously don't realise that people that live on there own depend on a bit of civility. Sorry this is a reveiw as i cant get through to the head office to complain. Ps this is not a one off but everytime i go in and these two are on . ?

The staff from the shop constantly smoke cigarettes right outside the main door..I can't enter or exit with my baby without being choked out with the reek of tobacco that clings to the pram covers and clothes ?

I take it having a smile and being courteous to the customer isn't involved in the staff's job description. I got snapped at for saying "excuse me, do you mind if I squeeze in and grab a paper quickly?" she then screamed "I'M BUSY AT THE MOMENT CAN YOU GIVE ME 5 MINUTES PLEASE ?!" and then began to throw her arms about like one of them inflatables you get at a football game. The shops always been full of dour faces and attitudes. I think she shouldve went to her bed earlier the night before.
