Went in to pay in a fairly substantial amount of money to Santander in Kilmarnock and the tall slim guy first of all asked us if we had masks! No thought given that we might be exempt!! Then asked my mum where she got the money from!!? What an insulting and inappropriate question! I am sure we were not legally obliged to answer this but to keep the peace we did. Then when we handed over the money the guy huffed and said, I will need to count this, as if we didn't expect that.(Is that not his job?) This was my first time dealing with this guy but my mum said she has had previous dealings and the guy is regularly quite forthright and cheeky to customers! He just had a wrong demeanour and attitude. I bit my tongue and said nothing but I was feeling a bit angry when I came outside. He is just a cheeky bandit imo!!

Never had any problems since moving from RBS due to extremely poor customer care. The switch from one to the other went without a problem and the staff at Kilmarnock are extremely helpful at all times.
