Despite being at home and the doorbell working on two occasions, I received a card to collect my parcel from the local Office. Arrived there at 10:30 only to discover it closes at 10:00am despite the website initially saying that it was open till 18:00. On reading the reviews I found the 10:00am closure.

Only open 8am-10am so no option for working people to actually collect parcels.

Put their prices up and only open until 10am. It?s a joke.

Who in the right mind set those opening times? Royal mail is making fools out of people.

Rubbish. Why don't they use you're nominated safe place? Why can't they put thin parcels through letter box? They are just rubbish

My 5 year old nephew painted some pictures last weekend and posted them to his granny up in heaven. I wrote his return address on the back. Today a large letter and cuddly toy arrived through the post "from heaven" for him. How lovely that Royal Mail did this for him. I can't speak highly enough of them. I can't wait to see my wee nephew's face tomorrow when he see it. Many thanks.

They have managed to lose my daughter's thirtieth birthday present. After delivering a card stating they could not deliver it because a signature was required, when she went to the sorting office they said that it had been returned there but they couldn't find it! Subsequently they said that it is definitely not at the sorting office and they have no idea where it is. They couldn't organise a booze up in a distillery!

I had to come over here yesterday to collect a parcel which wouldn't go through my letter box while I was out! It was the first time I'd looked for the sorting office I had no idea where it was because you can't see it from the road or any of the store fronts around this retail park. Finally, someone told me how to get there and I walked to it from the Homebase Car Park. It took me 5-10 minutes and I found it across some waste ground (covered in wild flowers) behind Homebase. There is a small road which you can drive along right up to the building; there's plenty of space in which to park, even a disabled bay immediately outside the office. The whole site is very large and dozens of Royal Mail vans were parked off to one side. The door says automatic but that mechanism is obviously broken as you have to give it a good push! There was no other person waiting and Andrew found my parcel for me very quickly. Pity this place isn't is a more accessible place although, once you know where to find it, it's not too bad.
