I tried to selling a gold coin I had previously bought from the Royal Mint and the lady told me they couldn't buy it which was fine but she then proceeded to look at me as if I was a criminal trying to rip them off instead of explaining why they couldn't buy it she just said the coin didn't look right from other coins similar and dismissed me. Definitely will not be using them again for anything customer service is horrible.

I came into store today, and the customer service was really great. I had recently been in to change my money into euros, however had a bit of a dilemma and actually needed a travel card / be putting my physical euros on the travel card. I believe it was Melanie who served me today, she sorted everything out, matched all rates, and she was just really lovely. Thanks so much for all your help today.

If I could leave zero stars a would this place have got the worst customer service I have ever seen I went in to get a ring sized bigger I bought it in another ramsden shop and they called me a lier and said I never bought it in a ramdens and there is no record of me then they said even with a receipt it doesn't prove this ramsden is a joke and I go to ramsden all over Scotland when iam working away picking things up for my daughters moral of the story is don't use them they call u a lier and make u feel like u are a theif funny thing is I went bk 2 the paisley. branch and exchanged it no problem

Not the best place to exchange, not enough money to pay as requested, no receipt given and the customer service from the woman with glasses was absolutely 0. Ramsdens is a good exchange place to go and it's mainly unprofessional staff.
