Put my phone in for repair under warranty both store manager and store assistant checked phone and both confirmed there was no physical damage now there demanding I pay for a repair even though I got a copy stating in black and white physical damage no the phone has received some damage between the shop and repair centre and they don't want to admit it

Absolutely fabulous service, the staff in the shop were amazing ? I had an issue with Samsung and they sorted my issues without fuss. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with the Kilmarnock shop. I will not go anywhere else now.\\nA HUGE thank you to all ????
