I had a puncture whilst travelling past Kilmarnock and managed to drive the car to the garage. I had two young kids and did not know the area. The staff could not have been more helpful. They prioritized replacing the tyre, despite it being a busy Saturday morning. It was so greatly appreciated given the tricky situation I had with two kids under the age of 4 to juggle in an area I did not know. Staff were so helpful and wanted to say thank you to everyone that was working last Saturday morning!

Travelled 45minutes to have tyres fitted at this branch and won't be back. I took my jeep In to have 2 front tyres fitted. There was no lights on the dash and everything worked as it should when I dropped off my keys. When picking up my car the electric handbrake light fault light was on the dash and I couldn't get the car to release the handbrake. I went in and told the person at the desk that my car wouldn't move so he came out and tried for himself as if he didn't believe me. Little did the guy know I'm a mechanic so I knew what I was talking about much to his disappointment. He proceeded to try and release my handbrake by dragging the car forward with both rear wheels locked up and my child in the car seat. After the handbrake finally releasing, the guy told me that the handbrake motor was faulty!!!! There was no signs of this or any lights on the dash when I dropped the car off. On the photos taken by this garage the light can be seen on the dash clearly which wasn't there before!!!

Had my tyres changed here recently and the fitter had to chisel off one of my locknuts and threaded another. I explained that I would have preferred a phone call prior to him damaging my wheel and nuts, he said we don?t have time to call customers even though I was five minutes walk away from the garage. They refused to replace the nuts and the mechanic said it wasn?t his fault and that he wasn?t taking the blame. I had to purchase a new set of locknuts and new wheel nuts. Very poor service from a disinterested garage?.. avoid!

Not impressed, no seats for customers in reception on the day I was there. Given back my car showing it didn't have enough pressure on the dashboard after buying and changing 2 tyres. Simple care and customer service should have ensured the newly installed tyres had enough pressure.
