Shocking service staff are rude and useless need more training if they have a problem they should take you into the room to have a private conversation instead of blurting it out Infront of 12 people in the queue very embarrassing tbh 1 star

Terrible pharmacy. It?s never easy, there?s always a problem of some sort, you brace yourself for it before going in.
There?s usually more people working behind the counter than waiting in the queue and it still takes them forever to serve you.
Pharmacist was rude to me that?s essentially why one star.
Sort it out.

Went out for lunch with friend was the worst meal I have ever had did not eat half of it as it looked like it had been lying for a while it was dried up and the vegetables were burnt will not be back it was suppose to be my Xmas dinnner

You are waiting at the till and it takes ages for someone to come and serve, when they finally appear there's no customer service whatsoever. If I have to go there when everywhere else is closed I dont look forward to it at all.

Couldn?t believe how disgusting the mash potato was! Was clearly microwaved but was all stuck together! I wouldn?t feed this to my dog never mind a child! Like how are they getting away with this? But let?s be honest-everything is MICROWAVED!

extremely poor selection of sandwich, cakes or scones. The service is extremely slow, especially since they changed from self-service coffee. You now have to wait in 2 queues - 1 to pay and 1 to get your hot drink. If you order hot food it takes ages. It has the potential to be better if it was managed properly.

The Morrison's more card is a joke. Very few helpful staff. Majorly understaffed pharmacy, badly organised. My last experience was to wait 45 minutes to collect a prescription until it was eventually found!!

Went on Sunday morning with my partner for two breakfasts.The food did arrive pretty quick but that was the only plus about our visit.The food was barely warm and the plate was cold.Your toast if you could call it that (lightly coloured soft bread) came lying on top of the breakfast and no side plate to spread your butter on it.You now have to go up to a counter and queue to get your hot drinks.It is now a barista style counter that wasn't that hot either.We used to visit Morrison's cafe regularly but this has definitely put us off.

Phone permanently engaged and when you do eventually get through its the horrid high pitch 'fax' noise.What's the point in having a telephone contact number online if staff do not answer or phone permanently switched off?!Would add that I contacted Morrisons head office and staff there very helpful.. Also tried numerous times to get through on phone without success. Staff explained the pharmacy doesn't belong to Morrisons, its a rented unit..Judging by reviews re customer service etc I think Morrisons you should let your unit to a more responsible pharmacist!
