Twice on the trot, completely the wrong order, rang up the second time, got hung up on, the food both times has been luke warm, most of the staff I am sure are lovely, but the person who answered the phone is ignorant, just go elsewhere.

Got my usual medium big tasty meal tonight and I asked for extra big tasty sauce because I am a big fan. Got told no by the manager and when I asked why he just said "Sorry, I was told we can't"? What? I do this all the time at literally every other McDonalds iv benn to and it's never been a problem why now? What's the harm in giving an extra bit of sauce on your burger?

Firstly, we tried to order on the in-house screen. The first screen was out of order. The second didn't have the glass cover to scan our code. Then the third wouldn't accept our code, meaning we had to order at the counter, therefore not getting our points in the app! And that was all before we'd even got a seat to have some food.
The food itself was fine. Fresh & hot, although we hadn't been asked what sauce we wanted, or given napkins or salt...
As is usual on a Friday, the restaurant was busy, and quite a few of the tables needed cleaned/cleared. There was an okdrr (small) woman, who seemed to be doing everything by herself. She was constantly delivering food to cars outside, emptying bins, and appeared to be the only person out front, working hard. After our main food, we ordered McFlurrys via the app. We waited almost 15mins for these. As previous mentioned, the food itself was good, but it certainly wasn't our best experience of dining at MacDs ?
