Didn't appreciate the 3 lectures when returning an item to the store when the manager had already approved the return. Has put me off visiting this store altogether now I'm afraid.

Terrible for a bra fitting service! Have been a couple of time the first time the woman measured so wrong. The second time as aways give different chances well.... I would have to order online a good few take them into this shop see what fits then send the rest back and wait for a refund. Honestly they should take the bra fitting service off this branch.

You get a lecture and possibly the refund refused if you don't return an item in the original packing. IE jumper has cardboard inside with ribbon around it ( for which both need to be removed to try on). Very poor customer service.

Had a dreadful bacon roll in M and S cafe today 9th Jan. Dry bacon and stale roll. Plus cup of coffee - just shy of £8. Very poor value.

Collected the turkey order on the morning of the 22nd. Every other year has been flawless, the staff have been obviously busy but extremely pleasant. No idea what happened this year, but frankly a pretty miserable experience. Linda, the member of staff who (by her superior attitude at least) seemed to be running the show is by far the nippiest and most abrupt member of staff I've ever came across in one of your stores, some customer service training needed there I think. I'm sure the food will be as lovely as ever, but if this years experience is anything to go by I'll be collecting in a different store next year.

This Marks & Spencer shop is trying, ?. It?s not the biggest, it?s not the best but it saves you going into the larger mega stores. Plus ? Marks & Spencer does have an extensive website where you can either get your ( stuff ) delivered to your home or to the store. However, that?s the clothing side of ?Marks? ? the food side is brilliant ! Well stocked shelves and a wide range of products makes for easy shopping.Yes? it could do with a freshen up, but on the plus side ?. Kilmarnock still has a store !!
