Most rude , dog ignorant man I met in a long time. Myself and my family were on holidays and our battery died in our car. Called in to see if a new battery would solve the problem. Eventually when I got the man's attention and he spoke to me, he was very rough and told me he was too busy and to come back the next day. I explained the I was heading back to get the ferry to Ireland and was under pressure for time. Again he snapped at me. Not a very nice experience.

Had car MOT at Kilmarnock. Car failed and staff were able to repair the issue and re-test it within a few hours. Staff professional, polite and very helpful. Very pleased with the overall service. ?

First time back to Kwikfit kilmarnock as a mobility customer today , I?m still struggling to accept my disability but Charlie booked the appointment and on my arrival attended to my car . He treated me with utmost courtesy and respect and took time to explain what was required going forward for me . I certainly was impressed today and put at ease . Thankyou Charlie

The Man changed my appointment to his own suiting and made me wait 1/2 hr .! He gave me 16:30 ? and when I turned up the other guy said No, you?re booked in for 17:00.?
Apart from this, the service is okay and the price they charged me for a replacement valve on my ? tyre/rim was even better ?? so over all happy with my visit, Now I?m planning to have my brake discs replaced as well.

Got 2 new front tyres, had them for a week and had to go to Turnbulls in Kilmarnock to get them refitted as they weren?t done correctly. Stay clear don?t waste your time or money here
