Most rude , dog ignorant man I met in a long time. Myself and my family were on holidays and our battery died in our car. Called in to see if a new battery would solve the problem. Had car MOT at Kilmarnock. Car failed and staff were able to repair the issue and re-test it within a few hours. Staff professional, polite and very helpful. Very pleased with the overall service. ?

First time back to Kwikfit kilmarnock as a mobility customer today , I’m still struggling to accept my disability but Charlie booked the appointment and on my arrival attended to my car .
