Edit. Foolishly visited again on Friday. Wait for it... THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN! Couldn't make this up. Waited over 20 minutes then asked where our food was. Told there was no chicken and we would have to wait another 10 minutes until more arrived. Unbelievable. Demanded a refund and left. Won't be back here.

Great food which came very fast seeing as they were very busy, add to that lovely staff it's a winner.
Kid-friendliness: They love kids at this KFC
Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking and all accessible restaurant including rest rooms.

After a busy spending spree at Smyth's and an uninviting glance at BK, we made the amazing decision to pop into KFC and I'm do glad we did. Lovely staff, restaurant relatively quiet and the chicken was the best I've had anywhere in a long time. We'll be going there from now on.

The food is fine.
But the service is rotten. They don't preference the drive thru, Just Eat can pick up faster.
9/10 you have to take a space and wait. And it's not just "3 or 4mins".
And today to crown it all waited at least 4mins in the drive through, they weren't even going to take the order apart from the fact it was an app one.

They are "banned" and discriminate drivers because drivers don't wait more then 20 minutes to pick up an order in rain. Super lazy personal and third world condition for drivers. Drivers must wait outside in raining because merchants don't have any shelter. Drivers are not allowed to go in store and must park in roundabout. The worst merchant from all around Scotland. Costumers who orders from delivery app expects good conditions Drivers must too.

Pretty sure the ?Original Recipe? is supposed to be on the chicken and not greasy salty sludge at the bottom of the bag.
Unusual cause the 15 year old girls are usually good at cooking.
