That shop has been the heart of hurlford back in the days and since the owner built the new shop at top of cessock Ave hford, there's a gr8 choice of groceries drinks and other stuff to buy your still going strong with it dnt have a bad word to say about it so dnt no why some people are giving it a bad review ..Keep up the good work sid and all the staff that work there and don't let any review get to you as your doing a great job since the rebuild

Awful experience. Never been spoken to in such an awful way in my life. 4 hours late and then proceeded to yell at me over the phone because of their mistake. Do not recommend. If you want people to purchase from you again I suggest you speak to them in a nice way and then don?t proceed to hang up the phone once you?ve yelled at me for a minute straight when I couldn?t have been possibly nicer to you. You have lost a loyal customer. I suggest you talk to your customers in a nicer tone next time if you wish to retain custom.

Ordered at half nine they accepted the order and told it will be here 10:15 but nothing still and we went to phone them and realised the shop closed at ten so now we have no way to find out where our order is not happy will be calling in the morning!!

Order said it would be delivered at 9.30ish was STILL not here at 11pm. Door did not chap I'm a downstairs and close to my front door. Gets a phonecall at 11.40 which I didn't answer as I'm currently housebound with a broken leg and suffered a break in so do not answer unknown numbers. Phoned next morning 7am told them Order wasn't delivered she said it was left on doorstep..NO IT WAS NOT and if so why not chap door first. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I will be calling bk ro speak ro manager as a single disabled woman I don't have cash to spend especially on orders which don't show up. I am beyond fuming!! Scammers! Plz don't risk it and waste ur time or money ordering from this shambles of a shop. Unless I get my Order or a refund I will be going to trading standards this is NOT OK!! ??
