“Attended this store tonight . Tried to use a voucher from cash/coin conversation machine . Unable to use at teller .had to go to customer service counter . Lovely lady allowed me to cash the voucher .even though I made the error of not cashing it in on day I obtained it . She was exceptionally helpful and understanding of my predicament. Sorry I've forgotten her name . But again..thank you for being sooo nice and understanding .”

“I found the store to be full for choice, friendly staff members, and easy access to the grounds. The fact that staff are being replaced by automated machines is still a bug bear of mine. However, the store still had staff manned tills, and they were a delight to talk to.”

“Don't be fooled by the name 'Home Bargains' , we have found better bargains elsewhere, and better quality as well. Don't get me wrong, it still offers some great deals on various items, however, ... M&S ( down a bit ) Tesco ( across the road ) and Asda ( a wee bit further away ) are all pushing their own bargains and deals ..... some of high outshine Home Bargains ..... be a canny shopper !!”
