Firstly - the one star does not reflect the service we received in store which was very good. The Dunelm agent was friendly and professional.The one star reflects the after sales service which is poor to almost non-existant. We received our order and are satisfied but we did have a small issue that we contacted Dunelm customer services about and was assured that the made-to-measure team would contact me to discuss our issue. I have now waited for 3 weeks with no response from this department.If you are reading this Dunelm - your customer service follow up is letting you down. ?????

I purchased a few items in Falkirk and then the store in kilmarnock on 25th October 2023. I then returned items (using the two different receipts) on 27th October 2023. These refunds were for £77 on one receipt and £22 from the other. I was refunded the £77 almost immediately. However, the refund for £22 has still not been received. So, I had to go out of my way to visit the kilmarnock store on 6th December 2023. It now still beggers belief that I have still not been refunded the £22. I also left my telephone number and have heard nothing!This service is absolutely nothing short of disgraceful. Very very disappointed to say the least.If I could give less than one star, I would.UPDATE....refund received into my bank on 4th Jan 2024. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. You've lost one good customer and I'm sure I am not the first to be treated in such a shocking manner.
