My vacuum cleaner went on the blink so off to Curry's we did go. And left with a new shiny sooker uper and my other half smiles as he pushes it around the house. I love to see him so happy. I do spoil him.

Customer service in my experience - dreadful
Systems and processes for dealing with complaints in my opinion - dreadful
My wife told me she had a complaint about a delivery and phoned customer services, and was told that she can't make a complaint and speak to a manager or the service agent would loose his job.
Personally, I would avoid using them as if you have any issues, don't deal with promptly or effectively- expect to waste your time trying to get a resolution.

Beware using Currys. Worst customer service anywhere. Bought an iron which stopped working after 3 months. Was told my agreement was with Tefal although Currys took my cash. No replacement and they will send back so no iron for a while. Thank goodness other companies do not discount customers like that. They fix or replace, not give the excuse that they did not manufacture. In future I will go elsewhere.

In the shop today to try resolve an issue. The staff member and manager briefly who I interacted with were absolutely useless and could not have tried to end my query quicker and be as unhelpful as possible. I?d avoid this branch if living in Ayrshire as they really do not care about helping you with any sort of issue.
