Travelled from Glasgow to buy an item only to find out staff took it home to buy for themselves. Was still listed as available online. When asking for the item, staff member disappeared for ages only to come back with the label and nothing... read full comment

It's a ok shop to find second hand stuff but it's very pricey. To ur reply. I get wat ur saying but for second hand stuff the price is unreasonable ur better off buying brand-new and getting a years guarantee rather than paying for something thats second hand and 30 pounds or so cheaper
