Called them to give me a price on 5 electrical items, they took the serial numbers etc to look everything up and gave me a quote and arranged for me to bring everything in the next day.Went in the next day and they only bought 1 item even though they said on the phone the day before they would take all.Waste of time.

Certain parts of the store can be a bit tight to get round, and the music perhaps a tad loud, but it's certainly not like a disco like a certainly other nearby Cash Generator store & crucially at least they factory reset all there used goods again unlike a certain other nearby Cash Generator.

Staff very unfriendly and cheeky, I was told the manager wouldn’t embarrass himself by buying my laptop. I would suggest saving yourself the walk and popping into CEX instead much better customer service and products.
