a bit more of compassion and understanding with one of your customers, I'm moving to another place soon, told them when I'd be getting the flat, all happy, told go round have a look and see what I would like, hour or so later, picked out a few bed's. 2 wardrobes ( the new ones) couch with single chair and a few other bits and pieces of furniture, then the bomb shell, oh can only hold it for a week, over a grand in sales and even offered a bit more to go to the charity pot, told no, so not very happy, downside is BHF just lost a good customer with good intentions, so I won't be back to the shop I'll go to somewhere more worthy.

I had a three piece suite delivered on Tuesday 11th Feb morning, the delivery guys were just amazing called before arriving and found my house (in the sticks) ?, no problem at all.
I asked if they could move another piece of furniture for me and did without any bother, thank you lads great job done? ?

Brought a sofa looked nice in shop got it deliver and was smelling really bad like pee all so absolutely full of crisps sweet dirty spoons folks etc in side sofa very unhappy total waste of 100 pound plus 40 pound deliver won't be using them again

Been going to Kilmarnock shop for years now! Family have gained by all the great bargain items I have had the good fortune to buy. Great staff and manager a gem, Very helpful and pleasant gentleman. Pleasure to go there and soft furnishings are beautifully cleaned. What a difference to some other shops. Nae smell
