“My mother was at the Kilmarnock store buying books partly with a gift card. The till didn't register the gift card or the half price offer of one of the books and the manager was having her lunch break. Staff asked if she could return after she had completed her shopping and they would sort it out. When she returned the books were ready for collecting and the discounts applied. Great customer service with a smile.”
