We recently purchased a bed, mattress and insurance from Faye and wow what unbelievable customer service. Being such a big purchase Faye kept us informed, spent the time with us and most importantly comfortable. There was no forced upsell she understood our needs and directed us as she saw fit.
Hopefully we won?t need to purchase another bed for a while but if any of our family or friends do I will recommend them to use Faye.
Darren was also fantastic. Great work guys.

Five stars are due to salesperson Isobel who was patient, understanding knowledgeable and very helpful - I found Benson's fees for recycling and assembly to be extremely excessive and was going to leave and never recommend the store to anyone. But the mattress she suggested was super comfortable and supported my back - so I ended up buying it along with the value for money mattress care package. Will make my own arrangements for bed frame and recycling (the Council fee is peanuts next to what Benson's was charging)

Fay our assistant was great explained everything to us and let us try various beds till we found the right one and she even managed to talk my partner round to buying me a pillow which was just what I was looking for great experience and time well spent I didn?t even notice any cringing at the price lol I would recommend anyone to pop in and have a chat with Fay
