After a year of back and forth to try and get my name sorted and online banking via the telephone service. Jane the branch manager and the customer service lady who was working on Saturday 28/07 (forgot her name) helped finally resolve it. Both were very polite. Jane even went extra mile keeping me updated on the progress over the phone and l really appreciate this as you can imagine how difficult it can be trying to leave the house when you have a new born baby. This has been so far the best experience l have had in years from any bank.

Don't recall person's name,believe she is manager. Was incredibly helpful resolving complicated account, I live in USA and local contact...stepmother...recently passed. Due to covid account access expired. She went over and above effort to resolve problems within the limits of my vacation. My only negative....she needs to stop smoking! We need lovely people like her to be around when banking is losing the personal touch!

Had to make an appointment to add on to a joint account. It took over an hour. Involved watching 2 films (where you weren't able to talk, like the school!) It felt much more like a sales pitch than a simple appointment. Listen to your customers or risk losing them.
