Don't recall person's name,believe she is manager. Was incredibly helpful resolving complicated account, I live in USA and local contact...stepmother...recently passed. Due to covid account access expired. She went over and above effort to resolve problems within the limits of my vacation. My only negative....she needs to stop smoking! We need lovely people like her to be around when banking is losing the personal touch!

Had to make an appointment to add on to a joint account. It took over an hour. Involved watching 2 films (where you weren't able to talk, like the school!) It felt much more like a sales pitch than a simple appointment. Listen to your customers or risk losing them.

My brother and I dealt with Jane last year after my dad died. My mum who is disabled was unable to deal with anything and Jane went above and beyond in her duty helping us.Jane even phoned to check things were going well as we had been having issues finding documents and she spent so much time making calls and speaking to others on our behalf. Amazing customer service.

I needed someone at the bank to print off some information for an application I was making. I expected it would be a lot of hassle as it was a slightly unusual request but the staff were really helpful and did it for me without any problems.

Most unhelpful wanted to add my wife to check account as already set up for deposit. Can't believe they told me to go to my own branch to make change not very handy as it's in Lichfield Staffordshire.Would not offer any assistance worst bank ever

I was at the bank today trying to get my app fixed as it was saying I couldn?t use It down to being on more than one device which I don?t know how as I only have one device, anyway I had spoken to 3 lovely members of staff who all tried to help me, however after numerous attempts to try and fix it they said they would try and phone someone to fix it, they didn?t so the guy had told me I would have to wait for an update and use the internet for now which can be inconvenient at the best of times, so I came home thinking well ive just updated it so it?s going to be a good wee while before another update comes around, I messaged my mother saying about it and she gave me a number to phone and they fixed it no bother for me. Thank goodness for my mum! This is the second time I?ve had problems with the back of Scotland in the space of a month. Not impressed that the staff didn?t phone like they said they would but overall my visit was good.

Absolutely disgusting service and incompetent staff from so called managers Lesley and Stuart. Just a simple request as a customer went so horribly wrong had to drive to another bank of Scotland in Galston who were excellent! and executed my request. Just as the two doughnuts in the Kilmarnock branch should of. I own a company and if any of them two were mangers in my business I would be concerned for my customers! Should be an option for minus score.
