I'm amazed at some of the previous reviews which criticised the cafe so severely! We found it fantastic - full cooked breakfasts for only £2 and quite delicious! It was a clean and pleasant cafe too and the staff were very helpful and nice. The rest of the store is great as well with good quality clothing - again, such low prices it's really astonishing! The grocery and household departments are also excellent; I have nothing but praise for this store where we've now been several times!

Seems to be the only place in killie to buy black sambuca.

Not the most sensible place to be on a Saturday afternoon - it will drive you crazy, however the recently refurbished cafe is great value for a break from the frenzied Christmas shoppers. Lots of parent and child spaces and disabled spaces - probably the most in Kilmarnock. The nearer it gets to Christmas the more i would receommend going shopping during the wee small hours - shop is open 24 hours.

Good sized store with a large car park and petrol station. Cafe also inside which has recently been refurbished and offers decent priced food. Good offers in-store and has a large clothing department as well as a DVD section, meat, pizza, takeaway and fish counters. Can get quite busy despite being open 24 hours

Good shop, some good buys to be found, usually. Terrible cafe though, even their toasties are awful. Nice clothes, good range for ladies and children. Updating - I tried the cafe again, my husband and I had a bowl of soup each, I had to take it back it was inedible, like water with a bad taste in. We got a roll with sausage and bacon without any extra charge and were offered another drink (free refills but who's being fussy lol). The staff were understanding and we didn't get a single sigh, perhaps they knew how awful it was. The new rolls weren't that great though, the sausages had been deep fried and were almost black and the bacon was alright but the rolls were cheap doughy affairs. I didn't eat mine. We were in for around 25 minutes and not one table was cleared, and there were a lot of dirty ones, the staff had plenty of opportunities to do it. I did however get some fantastic bargains and managed to do a shopping for all 3 of us for £54, that included washing powder, fairy liquid and fairy dishwasher tablets, I can't fault the supermarket part.

Large busy supermarket also has a large clothing section. Open long hours and handy for the cinema to pick up cheaper snacks and sweets. Also has garage and large car park.

Nice cafe area to take a break from shopping, which has recently been refurbished. Offers a good range of products from a coffee and a cake to a full meal. Is very popular for breakfast which is excellently priced at around 2.70 for 7 items. Staff are pleasant and the cafe area is clean and tidy.
