Your click and collect area is FAR too small, accommodating only 4 cars is nowhere near enough. You need to extend it, traffic is literally spilling out onto the main road because of its small size?

I had a very positive experience at Asda, with support through my whole shop. Every member of staff I asked for help responded with genuineness, often a smile or at very least a considered response or direction to where I would find the answer. I felt the staff i encountered truly valued what they did, which shows when responding to customers and fills me with hope, as my local refuse collection team don't quite value the service they provide, but that's another feedback. I'll try not to detract, I do like giving the full story though.
I walk with 2 walking aids, that I place in my trolley while shopping and mobilise with the trolley, as shown by my lovely msk physio that I've had the fortune to have seen twice for assessment. Feeling confident in being able to move around safely is very important to me. To be seen and heard and then responded to makes my life so much easier as I like to venture out when I feel well enough and not rely on the likes of the delivery service.
Usually, I get exhausted quite quickly, grab the essentials and go without completing my full shop. I don't often have the energy to mosey around like I used to and would like to. I didn't feel in the way of other customers, as unusually, I'd
managed to get out very early for me to avoid the busyness of festive shopping.
I will definitely try this time of day again and thoroughly appreciate all the support I received. For me, I don't get to interact much with fellow human beings. Any interaction is truly meaningful to me and can set my day up in a positive light.
Sadly, I encountered some trolley rage from a fellow shopper in the car park on my way to return my trolley to the shelter. She cut me up, saying excuse me and expecting me to get out of her road to get to her car seconds quicker than if she had waited for me to slowly continue to the shelter. Usually I couldn't be arsed with this type of behaviour and just ignore or step put of the way. However, something inside me said "No" why is her journey any more important than mine? So the internal 'no' came out followed by 'have a bit of patience and wait,' to which I got 'you're just feckin ignorant!' 'I did say excuse me'. Unfortunately, i dont respond well to being called ignorant, it's the very last thing I am. So I went a bit Essex on her ass and let her know she was the feckin ignorant one and continued my way to the shelter while she mumbled stuff under her breath putting her messages away. She was still hiding behind her parcel shelf muttering when I made my walk back to my car with my trusty walking aids. I couldn't hold it in and just said 'by the way, you're not excused!' To which i got another 'you're just feckin ignorant'.
My response ?'I'm not feckin ignorant?I'm disabled!'
It was a bit of a Mike drop moment. Hopefully fellow shoppers like her may take a moment to reflect on how the person to be perceived as in their road and holding them back might have really struggled to achieve something as simple as a bit of shopping that day.
At first it angered and upset me, but I can't hold on to such negativity. So, Firestarter on in the car singing at the top of my lungs soon shifted that feeling, then a Google review a few days later puts the encounter in its place. In the whole, people are kind considerate and compassionate towards me. Just like the Asda staff ? be more like them and make the world or at least my local community a better place.
Thank you Asda

I generally pop into the Kilmarnock ASDA on a daily basis for bits and bobs and always find the staff so friendly and helpful. Today, I had a problem with the ASDA rewards app and the customer desk were able to resolve it very quickly and also gave me a quick run through on how it all works. Great team in the Kilmarnock store.
