We had a very comfortable group holiday at the House at Bridge of Lochay. The house is spacious and well-equipped, and very well-located for some excellent walking.

The House at Bridge of Lochay suited our large family party of 30+ perfectly. The house was comfortable and well equipped and Amanda and Bob were very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, with activities suitable for all ages.

Spent a weekend here and couldn't fault the place. The rooms are all spotless, ensuite and a great size (there is a box room but we didn't use that). Plenty of activities to do in the house including a party room, games room, cinema room and hot tub. The kitchen had literally EVERYTHING you'd need including 2 fridge/freezers, wine cooler and 2 coffee machines. The location is absolutely stunning and the river being right next to it is so relaxing. Plenty of parking available for everyone who is part of your party and also a short 30 minute walk from the falls of Dochart. I will definitely be back if I get the chance ?
The owners are also lovely! I forgot my phone charger on the Sunday when I left and I reached out to ask if it could be posted out. Amanda had it delivered to me by the Tuesday which was greatly appreciated!

We had a wonderful weekend here. It's a great accommodation with each bedroom having its own ensuite and the beds were very comfortable. The variety of different social spaces was ideal with room to eat together, a big TV for the rugby, table tennis, pool, darts, sauna, hot tub and room to chill. There are also local amenities in walking distance. We visited the Killin Hotel and got pizzas from the Secret Pizzas - both of which we can highly recommend.
Amanda and Bob were also very good hosts who were very prompt responding to messages and provided us with lot of information about the area. Thank you for having us for the weekend.

Beautiful location, house is set up well for large group get togethers, the host met us on arrival and ran through house procedures and safety measures, was available throughout our stay if any problems, we had one minor problem which Bob & Amanda resolved on the same day even though our trip was during the New Year,

Had an absolutely amazing stay here, the house itself has everything you could possibly need. Had a small wedding here and the hosts were really accommodating with everything we wanted to do. The surrounding area is beautiful, with plenty to see and do as well

Had a big family weekend here, the kids (ages 7 - 18) loved it. The games room and the cinema room were especially winners for them with the older ones amongst the party partaking in the hot tub and sauna. We were asked if there was anything that could be improved at the house and none of us (22) had any suggestions. I would highly recommend this house

We booked this house as our family gathering and it was fantastic. The kitchen had excellent facilities which we made the most of. We used the cinema room for the small children, with the older children and adults loving the games room. The hot tub was well used as well. We had a brilliant weekend. I would highly recommend this house. The rooms were lovely and the cleanliness was great. The hosts were lovely as well and we knew they could be contacted if needed.

The House At Bridge Of Lochay was the absolutely perfect accommodation for our family gathering for my mother?s 80th birthday, us being a party of 18, spanning three generations from 82 to 17 years old, grandparents, children and grandchildren, with 10 under 25s, travelling from as far as the Middle East and Australia. The House itself was ideal for us, with the games room complete with a pool table, table tennis, darts board and Pac Man. The cinema provided after dinner entertainment, often with impromptu karaoke spanning into the small hours. The sauna and in particular the outdoor jacuzzi hot tub were favourites with many. The kitchen was idea for ad hoc snacks, breakfast and lunch and cooking dinner, which the entire family enjoyed together in the banquet hall each evening. There were other sitting rooms as well where the family sat around and chatted or played cards or board games. The House is massive with loads of space, the bedrooms were all first class, all with ensuite bathrooms. Killin itself is an easy drive to get to with some wonderful countryside and scenery both on the journey there and in the surrounding area. The town and Loch Tay provide kayaking and mountain biking, hill walking and less arduous walks along easy-going pathways. We even managed a bit of a kick-about on the football pitch in the park in town. There is a well-stocked Co-op within easy walking distance in which you can get almost anything you might need. And ?Shutter? tearoom gets a special mention.All-in-all it was a great few days together enjoyed by all. A big thank you to our hosts Amanda and Bob, for making us most welcome and who were on hand to show us around when we arrived and if needed, but otherwise left was to enjoy the stay. The House At Bridge Of Lochay and Killin were 5-Star for us and we cannot recommend highly enough!Stuart Currie July 2023

We hired The House At Bridge Of Lochay for a personal development retreat, it was a perfect location for the event we were running. Beautiful rooms with ensuite bathrooms, lots of activities to indulge in down time and lovely open fires. There were 17 of us in total and we had a fantastic stay. Amanda and Bob were very quick to reply to any of our enquiries and very warm and welcoming.I very much recommend hiring this beautiful home for a Scottish getaway!
