Just visited this pub with my dog and had such a lovely experience. The food was excellent. What stood out most, though, was the staff. They were warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly, not only to me and my family but especially towards my dog. A great spot if you’re looking for good food in a really dog‑friendly atmosphere.

Since taking over Mark & Alice have given the Old Mill a new identity, keeping it’s rustic charm but also adding some modern touches. This is a Tripadvisor favourite with tourists seeking a Scottish experience but it’s also still a cosy ‘local’ for the village of Killearn.
Formerly a weaving mill, now a modern, rustic pub and restaurant within this charming 18th Century steading, complete with open fire!
