Great place for walkers......We sat inside for lunch. Quite quiet as it was Monday. Cute rescue animals in the garden. Quirky little

Nothing fancy but such a good stop with kids. The outdoor area and animals were a big hit for our kids. The food was ok. Nice to be able to have drinks outside with the meals and kids.

Very friendly welcome. Good gluten free options. I had the beachtree burger. I could only just finish it so I was pleased that I had avoided the larger beachtree challenge burger as it was twice the size!!!

On arrival staff member tried to put us outside but the kids were cold and we wanted inside she needed the table back by 1pm which was fine but slow serviceFood isn?t the greatest soup was like water toastie wasn?t even toasted properly we did complain and got a refundA huge spider came from the ceiling and was floating next to us another customer had to get this staff didn?t even attempt to move itPlace needs a good cleanNo food to feed the animals either this was blamed on a sickness in the kitchenMy first time here having lunch with a friend and five kids such a shame as it could be a goldmine if there was a decent chef

The food was really poor, basic toastie and the worst chips imaginable! Nice touch with the animals, good for kids but the place has seen better days. The atmosphere is non existent. Both high chairs were broken, had to feed baby on my lap!

Not really a pub, more a licensed cafeteria with a mini-zoo. A convenient stopping point on the WHW. You would probably stop longer if you had children with you. If you haven't, best bet is to walk another 5 minutes to Turnip the Beet.

A great place to take younger kids to see the selection of animals. Food is just what you need when hiking the West Highland Way.Kid-friendliness: A great place to take young kids, with a variety of animals to see plus a play area.

Arrived there after walking from Milngavie. The first thing we?re we greeted by is the tacky signs outside. Went inside and asked for two pints only to be told there is no draft beer. We asked for two bottles, the service was dire, slow and very disorganised. Went outside to be greeted by a menagerie and a play park. Several people around us were complaining about the service. This once great hostelry has lost its identity. Is it a pub/restaurant A Zoo Of a Fun Fair I won?t go back if you paid me.

A bit run down, but very, very friendly place with a nice playground and mini zoo.

Little gem of a place. Has goats, horses, ducks, okay area as well as the restaurant. So good for all the family. Good food large portions. Cater for coeliacs. Lovely friendly staff. Busy with walkers and cyclists on West Highland Way.Kid-friendliness: Play area for childrenParking: Some potholes in parking areaDietary restrictions: Cater for vegetarians and more importantly coeliacs

This place was terrific at one time but not any more. The fish was ok but the steak pie wasn't, no promised gravy or veg, either. It has a bit of a run down feel but it's up for sale and that may be why.Our rickety outside table seemed to be a haven for greenfly.

Looked very run down & neglected. Didn't stay for lunch as the surroundings & cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Such a shame as we used to visit often, not sure if it's under new Management. Such a lovely location but needs some TLC

Such a disappointment. The plethora of shouty signs on the way in should have warned us, but we duly queued up. There were only two people in front of us and it took 20 minutes to be served, by which time the queue behind us snaked out of the door. Filthy toilets (or toilet, only one was working), rude staff (as we got to the front of the queue they started serving the people behind us?) and ridiculously expensive, £2.50 for a can of coke without even a glass! Keep walking on by until you get to Turnip the Beet.

If this is value for money then there should be a comedian at the front door. Two slices of average standard cake , a coffee and a small juice, £11.65 . Served by a rude owner who was more intent to demeanour her two very young waiting staff in front of the customers. Go to Costa coffee or Gregs the bakers in Milngavie before starting your walk and get two lovely cakes and coffee for half the price . My advice would be to walk on by

Pamela is so wonderful to work with. As a first time investor, I wasn?t completely sure of the process but Pamela Shelley helped me through it all and I made a profit of $13,500 with an investment of $1,000. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating the withdrawal process. I highly recommend Pamela Shelley to everyone looking to start up an investment. These are her contact details Email:
