Having bought all my cars from Garnock Valley Ford and Formerly William Clark. I was gutted to hear that Ford had decided to take the Ford Franchise away from Garnock Valley Ford after 87 years of being a first class dealer and ambassador of the Brand. I will continue to have my card serviced there as I?ve had nothing but first class service from Willie then Compton , Paul and the rest of the Garnock Valley Ford Team I have just not long purchased Two new cars from this dealer and I?m not sure now if I will purchase another Ford after nearly 40 years of using the Brand only time will tell, I really will miss the the whole experience and the pick of my new cars from Garnock Valley Ford and I wish Compton , Paul and all the team at Garnock Valley Cars all the best for the future.Malcolm & Elaine Kerr & Family

Had a fault checked out at garage. Good service. Very helpful. Have now taken car for MOT at Dealers (Arnold Clark) and find it has a brake fault as video confirmed and now left with a bill of nearly £500.Strange.!

A very small dealership, but it shows in terms of a great, personal service. Sure I have to wait about 10 days ago to get it booked in (Arnold Clark were even longer), but great service. Recommended, and I'll go back.

Cannot rate highly enough,was caught in foul weather as was setting out on a long journey. Puncture fixed within an hour they went out of their way to be helpful. A big thank you to all.

Totally agree with the review from Harry 4 years ago.Called in today with possible problem with my plug in Kuga.Person in the service reception was busy with customers and sent me towards the workshop, where I met a mechanic who was the best example of poor customer care I?ve seen in a long time,.plug in I can?t do anything I am not qualified nobody here is take to a main dealer as he lounged in his seat.Fair enough if nobody is qualified but there are ways of dealing with potential customers so if you buy a plug in from them they can?t service it.Phoned a Arnold Clark and car is now booked in for inspection.
