Went for a cut and blow dry on Wednesday after having a colour and cut last month (that result was exactly what I asked for)I don?t know what happened this time. I was having a wash ,cut & blowdry and was asked by the same person who did my hair last month whilst at the sink ?how was my hair?. I said it was good and I was happy with the length and to just tidy up the layers and I wanted a wispy fringe as I don?t particularly like much of a fringe.The result I got was the length had been cut way too short (I specifically said the length was fine) and the fringe had been cut so I ended up with a parting as the fringe would not sit properly.I had to ask for the hairdryer to see if I could fix the problem with the fringe . Also a bit annoyed, I had to try to style my hair with the hairdryer in front of the hairdresser, but it was too far gone, and I still had to pay full price. I?m sure she could see I wasn?t happy as she did say if I needed more cut from the fringe to come back. If I had more cut from it, it would have looked even worse than it does now.I felt so upset, I quickly paid and drove home. My husband said to me ?I thought you were getting your hair done? I said I have. ?Did you just have a trim? No! I said this was what the result was..I had to go and wash my hair and tried to fix the mess. Dried my hair. Found one side of my hair shorter than the other. I had try to fix the fringe as there were long straggly bits as it?s a complete mess.My hairstyle resembles a bob which I?ve never had or ever asked for. The length of my hair flicks out and looks nothing like my style of hair which I?ve always had.I am so upset and mortified that when a customer explains what she wants and gets the complete opposite. If my hair doesn?t look right, you don?t feel right..I can?t believe the same person did my hair last month exactly what I asked for with colour, cut and style. It was spot on and I thought I had found my new hairdresserBut I won?t be returning

This salon is just fantastic!!! I just had the best haircut done by Kerry! I can't tell you how happy I am with my haircut... I think she does the best haircut in the Borders (... and not only!), she is so good at what she does... very happy to know that my husband and I have such a good hairdresser just down the road! Had a great haircut done by Gail. She listened to the way I prefer to have my short hair cut very short and took time and patience to give me a fantastic cut. Really happy with the result!!
