Staying with friends for Xmas, in Hietton, visited a couple of times. ALL Xmas veg. excellent service, quality produce. Lovely friendly staff.Garden Centre, excellent, bargains galore. Highly recommended for a visit. We'll definitely be returning.Sorry, only locate this photo.

Can confirm there are plants so therefore does well as a garden centre. Has a lot of non-plant stuff too. Cafe is naturally overpriced but good and is nicely decorated. Decent size of garden centre with a fair amount of parking, short walk to town centre and right by the river. Not sure where their crafting section disappeared to, used to be a good crafting section but seems to have been replaced with toys and books. Small clothes section with one changing room.

spent 20 mins in queue ... for 2 coffees and cake... unbelievable prices dor cakes are a bit expensive for what you get £4,25 for a very tiny slice of cheesecake!!!!!
