Phoned up on the 5th of jan about a broken washing machine! Engineer came out said it needed a new drum and nothing has been for almost a month now! Kept phoning up and the woman on the phone was rude kept sighing! Issues getting parts apparently then phoned back and we weren't booked in for a repair!!! Ended up just getting... read full comment
