I have been getting my hair cut and coloured here for around a year now and I have to say the level of service has been consistently excellent; I always leave feeling amazing, Louise always gets it just right and I am made to feel such a welcomed and valued customer. Poor hair cut and colour. First time there over 3 wks ago . Expected hairdresser to be experienced and able to colour hair evenly but hair colour had 3 shades - white, blonde and yellowish blonde. Not something I had asked for! Had shown photos of what I wanted to give an idea, but unfortunately didn't get that. Cut was patchy at the sides and uneven at the back. Got refund for price of hair only and an apology from Laura and offer to remedy but there was nothing they could do to rectify it , it was way to patchy and uneven. It would have been appreciated if the young girl who did my hair apologised.Refund was welcome -it was the least I should have been offered , given that I had to purchase a semi permanent colour to cover up the terrible patchy colours and now have to wait two mths for it to grow to get a decent cut. No mention of compensation nor return of tip. Real disappointment, will not return.Had consultation today (11/11) with top salon in Edinburgh & was advised that my cut was very uneven,had scissor marks, stepped and thick at one side , thin at the other . Advised to wait til hair grows longer. Worst cut & colour ever had.Service: Hair coloring
