Then my husband recalled how Lloyd's in Kelso has ALWAYS been able to help him before so he went in with the old blade. No Nielsen. The NEXT day, they phoned to say they have one that measures almost exactly the same as the blade he needed. Now, I call that FAST service. Highly recommend this superb store.
