THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE The owners and staff are very rude to customers who buy electricity here especially if you can only afford electric and unfortunately in this cost of living crisis that's all some people can afford to buysometimes....TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMER...also on Saturday i needed a new key for the electric meter and had to go pick up a new key from premier reidheaven square keith, the girl that served me handed me the key so I asked do you have to put this code that I was given onto the key before I put it in my meter and she instantly started shouting at me AM NOT YOUR ENERGY SUPPLER (3 TIMES) so I said am not sure what am doing you supplied me with this new key you must know if you need to put a code on the key before handening it to me and she continued shouting AM NOT YOUR SUPPLIER, YOU HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO and all in front of my 9 year old son who was getting very upset by this point so we left the shop. I went to another shop where they do paypoint got the key activated and I got credit on the key but when I got home the key wouldn't work so at 9am Sunday morning me my disabled girlfriend and 2 kids were left with no electricity all because of the girls attitude and lack of willingness to listen or help. So on Monday morning called my electricity company again explained what had happened on Saturday and was told i had to go to this horrible shop again for another new key this time I took a witness and this time it was a man serving so asked for the new key he told me he didn't have that type of key which was a lie i had just got one on Saturday and i saw how many were in the box then, so i pointed at the box and said the colour of key i needed and TOLD him to put the code on the key and he did, but at the same time I told him what had happened on Saturday and he replied yes it was my wife she's the boss, so I told him my side of the story and he said that's not they way she says it happened so I asked him if he had cctv he said yes but am not spying on my wife, SO HE MORE OR LESS SAYS AM LYING. Then my witness says am surprised you get any trade at all talking to people like this and HE/owner throw my new key and receipt in the bucket and refused to give me the key so I was going to be left with no electricity again. Eventually after a few minutes of shouting AGAIN he took my key out of the bin refused to give me the receipt and said PEOPLE LIKE YOU ONLY COME IN HERE FOR ELECTRIC and don't buy anything else which is also a lie, and told me never to come back to his shop and banned my witness who is in their late 60's also if I ever need a new key in the future to tell my suppliers he'll refuse to serve me.. HORRIBLE SHOP, HORRIBLE STAFF AND REALLY HORRIBLE OWNERS
